It’s already closed for this edition. Follow us on social media or join our newsletter to get updates about the 2026 Call for Papers.
We’ll provide that information when we contact you during agenda planning.
The C4P results are already public, please check our conference agenda.
The final decision is shaped by the Vote 4 Papers process, where community members help decide which talks make it to the agenda.
After the Call for Papers closes, all submitted presentations are added to the Vote 4 Papers form. When we announce the start of voting, everyone in the community can rate the talks: interested (+1), not interested (-1), or neutral (0). Based on these votes, we build the conference schedule. Vote 4 Papers is one of our trademarks, and we’re proud of it.
We’re aware of this problem. To solve it, we randomize the order of presentations for each voter. From our experience, this helps a lot.
Registration opens at 8 a.m. At the venue, you can enjoy a morning coffee or tea and grab a sandwich, so feel free to join us early. :)
No worries. Registration is open all day, and you can register anytime.

It’s an acronym from Polish words SPOtkanie INtegracyjne (integration meeting). Spoina also means “joint” in Polish - so it fits nicely. :) Credit goes to Jacek Laskowski, the founder of Confitura (back when it was called Javarsovia).
